Artisan bread




Master bread recipe from artisan bread in 5 minutes a day
6.5 cups flour
3 cups warm water
1.5 Tbs yeast
1.5 Tbs salt

Mix well, let rise for 2 hours. Refrigerate, then cut off a chunk and shape. Let rise 30 mins, then bake at 450 for 30 mins.
